Detailed Check List
We use a detailed check list that is custom made for your home that we'll go over at your free consultation. The check list includes but is not limited to:
-Check for any signs of water damage or leaks, including under sinks, around toilets.
- Ensure that the AC system is running properly and set to the desired temperature.
- Check all windows and doors to make sure they are securely locked.
- Inspect for any signs of pests or rodents.
- Test all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
- Run faucets
- Flush and brush toilets to prevent plumbing or staining issues.
- Check the refrigerator and freezer to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Inspect the security system to make sure it is working and active.
- Check for any signs of mold or mildew.
- Monitor any outdoor areas, such as the pool or landscaping, to ensure they are being properly maintained.
- Check all appliances, such as the stove, dishwasher, and washing machine, to ensure they are working properly.
-Start car to insure battery is working and no service lights are on.
- Any other specific requests or concerns from the homeowner.

We also use tools like moisture readers, high quality lights to see leaks and pests, detailed reports after every visit and other necessary tools to keep your home in the same condition it would be if you were there.

We are open 7 days a week and in case of emergency like leaks or tripped alarms we are here for you and your home every step of the way while you are away.
